A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They claim they want to lead an EEP and IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding established procedures—putting it nicely, he acts on a whim; in reality, he does whatever he wants. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well. The two of them play off each other, while the owner's son, who is supposed to take over the business, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management.
