A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They said they were going to implement an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but showed complete disrespect for professionals. The owner led by example in disregarding established procedures; to put it nicely, he was spontaneous, but in reality he acted entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the rules as well. The two of them play off each other, while the owner's son, who is supposed to take over as the second generation, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and extended medical leave. The accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department was made to bear the responsibility. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, but they only recently started working on it. Even though an employee followed the leave policy and obtained their supervisor's approval, the company maliciously terminated them just before they completed three months of employment. The longtime employees are extremely scheming and ruthless, while new employees are treated as disposable. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. TSMC should count itself lucky to have a supplier like this.
