A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They say they want to lead an IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he acts on a whim, but in reality he does whatever he wants. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely disregards the rules as well—the two of them play off each other. The owner's son, who is supposed to be the second-generation successor, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave; then the accounting and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased almost half a year ago, but they only started working on it recently. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, yet was maliciously terminated before completing three months of employment. The long-serving employees are extremely scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. If TSMC really has a supplier like this, it should be thanking Amitabha.
