A company rotten to the core, starting with the boss.

They say they want to introduce an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but they show absolutely no respect for professionals. The boss leads by example in disregarding procedures and policies; to put it nicely, he is capricious, but in reality, he does whatever he wants. The boss’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the rules as well. The two of them play off each other, while the son who is supposed to take over the second generation is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave.
