A company rotten to the core, from the owner down.

They claim they are preparing for an IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality, he acts entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well. The two of them play off each other, while the owner's son—the second-generation successor—is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and leave without pay; the financial records and reports could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences.
