A company rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They say they want to lead an EEP and IPO, but show absolutely no respect for the way professionals work. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The owner’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well. The two of them play off each other, while the second-generation successor—the son—operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing whatsoever to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave; when the accounts and financial reports could not be produced, the entire department had to bear the consequences. They bought a system nearly half a year ago but only recently started implementing it. Although an employee followed the leave policy and obtained their supervisor’s approval, the company maliciously dismissed them before they had completed three months of employment. The long-serving employees are deeply scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. TSMC should be thanking Amitabha if it really has a supplier like this.
