A company rotten from the boss down to its roots.

They say they want to implement an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but they completely disregard the way professionals work. The boss leads by example in ignoring procedures; putting it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The boss's girlfriend also works at the company and likewise completely ignores procedures.
