A company rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They claim they want to implement an ERP system and pursue an IPO, yet show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well. The two of them play off one another, while the son who is supposed to take over the second generation is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave; the accounting and financial reports could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly half a year ago, but they only started working on it recently. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, yet was maliciously dismissed before completing three months of employment. The long-serving employees are extremely scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. If TSMC really has a supplier like this, it should be thanking Amitabha.
