A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They said they would lead the company toward EEP and an IPO, but showed absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by ignoring established procedures; to put it nicely, he acts on a whim, but in reality, he does whatever he wants. The owner’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely disregards procedures as well. The two of them reinforce each other, while the son who is supposed to take over the second generation is entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave; the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences.
