A company rotten from the boss down to its roots.
They said they would introduce an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but showed absolutely no respect for the way professionals work. The boss led by example in ignoring established procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The boss’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely disregards procedures as well—the two of them reinforce each other. The second-generation successor, the boss’s son, operates entirely outside the system and serves no useful function whatsoever in company management. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate into depression and leave without pay; then, when the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly half a year ago, but they only started working on it recently. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, yet the company maliciously terminated them before they reached three months of employment. The long-serving employees are extremely scheming and ruthless, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. If TSMC really had a supplier like this, it should be thanking Amitabha.
