A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They claim they are going to implement an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but show absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by disregarding established procedures; put nicely, he is casual, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the rules as well.
