A company rotten from the owner down to its roots.

They said they would implement an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but showed absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in ignoring procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The owner's girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores the rules as well—the two of them reinforce each other. The owner's son, who is supposed to be the second-generation successor, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate into depression and medical leave; the accounting and financial reports could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly half a year ago, but they only started working on it recently. Even though an employee followed the leave policy and obtained their supervisor's approval, the company maliciously dismissed them just before they completed three months of employment.
