A company that is rotten from the boss down to its roots.
They said they would introduce an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but showed absolutely no respect for professionals. The boss led by example in disregarding established procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on his own whims. The boss’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well—the two of them reinforce each other. The son, who is supposed to take over as the second generation, operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate into depression and a leave of absence; the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. After the system had been purchased for nearly half a year, they only then began to work on it. Even though an employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, the company maliciously terminated them before they had completed three months of employment. The long-serving internal employees are extremely scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. TSMC should be thanking Amitabha if it really has a supplier like this.
