A company that is rotten from the owner down to its roots.
They said they would lead the company toward an IPO, yet they have absolutely no respect for professionals. The owner leads by example in disregarding procedures; to put it nicely, he is spontaneous, but in reality he acts entirely on a whim. The owner’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well—the two of them play off each other. The son who is supposed to take over the second generation operates entirely outside the system and contributes nothing to company management. First, an outrageous CFO drove a subordinate into depression and leave without pay; the accounting records and financial statements could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly six months ago, but they only just started working on it. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained managerial approval, yet was maliciously laid off just before completing three months of employment. The long-serving internal employees are ruthlessly scheming, while new employees are treated as disposable chopsticks. In October, they even said they would cooperate with TSMC. If TSMC really has a supplier like this, it should be thanking Amitabha.
