A company that is rotten from the boss down to its roots.

They say they want to implement an ERP system and pursue an IPO, but they show absolutely no respect for professionals. The boss leads by example in disregarding procedures. To put it nicely, he is capricious; in reality, he acts entirely on a whim. The boss’s girlfriend also works at the company and completely ignores procedures as well—the two of them reinforce each other. The son who is supposed to take over as the second generation operates entirely outside the rules and contributes nothing to company management. First, there was an outrageous CFO who drove a subordinate into depression and leave without pay; the financial accounts and reports could not be produced, and the entire department had to bear the consequences. The system was purchased nearly half a year ago, but they only started working on it afterward. An employee followed the leave policy and obtained approval from their supervisor, yet was maliciously laid off just before completing three months of employment.
