Easier to find a job afterward

Yao Yang Technology and this company are parent and subsidiary companies.

Managers and other supervisory-level staff are shared between the two companies.

The proportion of relatives and close connections in important positions is very high.

It may not be apparent on the surface,

but there is a lot going on beneath the surface, and everyone is affected by it.

The company creates an atmosphere that encourages overtime and likes to settle scores with departing employees.

There are opportunities to express opinions internally as well... but people will be held accountable for them...

Those who have a lot of opinions should be careful.

Some female managers are prone to hysterics.

One moment they are laughing and seeming very cheerful, making the atmosphere feel good;

the next moment they are grumbling and berating people in their own departments.

Their moods fluctuate greatly.

They look very busy and seem to want to take on everything,

but it feels like things often go wrong, and items disappear once they reach that department.

There is very little empathy.

The entire corporate culture feels like an imperial harem.

Most employees feel like maids or eunuchs,

and certainly not like those consorts embroiled in palace intrigues!
