I’ve been with this company for half a year now. At first, I saw many mixed reviews online, but I thought I wasn’t the kind of person who gives up easily, so I applied anyway..
I think one advantage of working here is that you can learn how to write proposals. Different requirements call for different content and planning.
I’ve found it to be much better than I expected, and I’ve completed several proposals. My monthly salary is now nearly 50,000.
At least I feel that the boss puts employees first. They will speak up for employees when dealing with difficult or unreasonable customers.
They also don’t let partner companies take advantage of us, which is the biggest difference compared with my previous company!
Another highlight is that whenever there are meetings or events, the company pays for the food, drinks, and entertainment before and afterward—and we get double pay..
Although the company has a lot of projects, each team takes turns writing proposals. The boss also has a strong personality; if they don’t think a proposal is good enough, they would rather not submit it carelessly.
So the person responsible has to keep revising it and adjusting the layout. That’s still better than having the client reject it~~
The more tiring part is that the company requires everyone to read two magazines every month and give a reflection report during the Monday meeting⋯⋯
Of course, it’s routine for clients to ask for proposal revisions again and again. But you can’t refuse if you want to win the project, so you just keep revising, or put forward different evaluations. There are plenty of really annoying clients, and they often still choose the cheapest option (what a pain 🤪)
