I've encountered several consultants:

1. When asked about the salary range, they gave ambiguous answers (after confirming several times, they finally disclosed a range, which was lower than those offered by other firms)

2. Their explanations were always sugarcoated, constantly creating information asymmetry. After being called out, they could only say that things might change and so on. Put plainly, they were doing it just to close the deal and retain the client... (multiple explanations for the same thing...)

3. They provided a job description that was exactly the same as a certain bank's, without repackaging it, and then repeatedly confirmed it but still couldn't answer... (the salary range was different, and the job titles were also different)

4. During conversations, they made sarcastic remarks, making candidates feel like disposable chopsticks (disrespectful)

5. When minor issues arose during the interview process, they pretended nothing happened and did not handle them, leaving the candidate to deal with them personally??

Seeing this company, I would probably just skip it.
