At first, they made all sorts of empty promises to lure people in. During the interview, they said they would teach you anything you didn’t know, but when you actually asked questions, they either ignored your messages or became openly irritated. Besides having to endure unreasonable pressure from supervisors, the project schedules were also unrealistic. For a project that was supposed to be finished on Friday, they would not give you the equipment until Thursday, then demand that you work overtime to finish it.
On top of that, there is now also a performance evaluation system. Those who receive a lower evaluation will have their bonuses deducted. Almost every new employee has to bear this burden—it’s an unwritten rule!
