Factional infighting, doing no real work, falsifying data, extremely harsh
Not disclosed during the interview; overseas assignments are on a 30-day rotation, and you have to work until 8 p.m.
Any absence due to illness is treated as personal leave, even when resting at the factory.
Taking leave on Saturday results in a deduction of two days’ leave.
Does not respect other beliefs (discrimination).
Likes people who flatter them.
The bureaucracy is extremely severe.
Senior management does not accept others’ suggestions and treats those who offer them as thorns in their side.
Family infighting; senior management forms factions.
More than half the day is spent in meaningless meetings.
Likes cumbersome procedures; buying a small wheel takes more than a month.
