1. Labor insurance is not covered at the maximum salary bracket
2. There is no annual leave
3. Wages for working on voting days and similar days are not paid at double rate
4. NT$200 is deducted from your pay every month as a welfare fund to purchase gift boxes for the three major holidays (there are only gift boxes for the three holidays, with no bonuses)
