1. Labor insurance is not insured at the maximum salary bracket
2. No special leave (annual leave)
3. Wages for working on voting days and similar holidays are not doubled
4. NT$200 is deducted from the salary every month as a welfare fund to purchase gift boxes for the three major festivals (only gift boxes are provided for the three festivals; there are no bonuses)
