The company’s benefits and policies are pretty good, and there’s also flexibility around start and end times. It might be listed on the stock exchange by the end of October. There are actually a lot of benefits to working here—at least compared with the several companies I worked for before, it’s much better…. The Employee Welfare Committee occasionally provides little perks. The office has an open-plan style. I’ve been here for a little over two years, and it’s been quite enjoyable. It’s just that there’s so little overtime that I don’t really have opportunities to earn extra overtime pay, which feels like a shame. You can feel that the company is making progress, and I hope more people will come and be our colleagues ✌️.
The office floor in the back-office area is a bit old, and the employee purchase discounts aren’t generous enough.
