1. A 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven
2. Easy to get time off
1. The boss has serious communication problems
2. The work environment is dirty
3. Design discussions are unproductive, the ideas are outdated, and the boss often contradicts themselves
4. No future
5. They often ask you personal questions, then pretend that it’s okay if you don’t want to answer—but still keep asking
6. There is basically no difference between assistants and designers, except that assistants have to deal with twice as much trouble from the boss
7. They mock you for not having learned certain technical terms in school, even though you joined the company with no prior experience
8. The boss also watches TV series during work hours
9. Poor lunch-break conditions; the boss snores too loudly
Also, there happened to be renovation work taking place downstairs, so throughout almost the entire period of my employment, there was construction noise during nearly all working hours. It was extremely loud and affected both work quality and morale.
