A simple search reveals that the company is largely made up of graduates from second- and third-tier universities, with an overall low level of competence. Product design, both software and hardware, needs significant improvement.
The pay is stingy—low pay for lots of work.
The organizational planning is inflexible, and some senior executives are aloof; what they do is fundamentally undeserving of their positions.
