Time off can be scheduled flexibly, although sometimes taking leave is prohibited.
No year-end bonus and no performance bonuses (because the system keeps changing and the figures they announce are exaggerated). The salary is terrible and is hardly ever adjusted, and there are few benefits. Performance evaluations are based on whether the supervisor likes you; whether you can do the job is not important—what matters is whether you know how to say pleasing things. The longer you work there, the less you may earn compared with new hires. The salary of a regular full-time employee can be lower than that of an hourly part-time worker (when calculated based on the same number of hours). Full-time employees have heavy responsibilities but low pay, while the company is also preparing to go public and list its shares.
