Workplace reviews and discussion: 成大精機工業股份有限公司

There is a gift box for the Lunar New Year.

The turnover rate for quality control specialists or quality control engineers is extremely high.

I really do not recommend joining.

Even the internal departments push their own department's SOP back and forth, and you end up having to write it yourself...

I've also encountered situations where, when a customer complained, they discussed at length how to take action before even finding the root cause...

There are far too many eye-opening incidents. The company also seems to think that if someone leaves, they can just find someone else.
