It’s quite uncommon for sales-related positions to have two rounds of interviews, which is a good thing.
For someone like me who doesn’t live in Taipei City, it’s very convenient: I can have an initial online interview to learn more and then decide whether to go to the second interview.
It also didn’t take very long—half an hour was enough to get a general understanding of the job responsibilities and salary.
The interviewer’s responses were very detailed and transparent.
After getting a general understanding in the first interview, going to the second interview went quite smoothly.
The interviewing manager was very kind and answered everything in detail.
They kept checking whether I had any questions.
They didn’t keep talking only about themselves.
After the interview, it sounded like some of the rules and systems were different from the online reviews.
The interviewing manager said that many of the systems were being optimized, and explained the adjustments and improvements openly. However, they also said that the systems would not be changed repeatedly without careful consideration.
Still, I think you should make your own judgment.
