The company provides snacks that employees can choose freely, which is a small perk.
Cross-departmental collaboration-
1. Communication across departments is sometimes not smooth enough, and information gaps occasionally arise in project processes.
2. There are relatively many interdepartmental meetings, but some are not very effective, which can easily increase the time cost.
R&D-related-
1. The R&D department has limited staffing, so project schedules will definitely be delayed, increasing pressure on other departments.
2. There are sometimes gaps in communication between R&D and other departments regarding requirements, easily leading to repeated revisions; moreover, schedules are only pushed when R&D feels like working on them.
Systems and processes-
1. The company’s systems are relatively flexible, but they sometimes lack clear guidelines, affecting execution efficiency. (Still within an acceptable range.)
Workload-
1. Employees generally have relatively heavy workloads, which can easily result in overtime or extended working hours.
2. Colleagues are generally very dedicated, but there is still room for improvement in resource allocation and workforce distribution.
Development and learning-
1. Career development paths are not clear enough, and opportunities for promotion or internal transfers are limited.
2. Training and learning resources are relatively insufficient, requiring employees to do more self-directed exploration.
