Pros
The plant manager is very good at painting rosy pictures.
He no longer acknowledges what he has said.
Cons
The Zhonggang site is basically beyond saving.
The aging plant manager is thinking about how to pass his position on to his own people,
but every one of his people is an idiot who can’t handle things.
No one working there has any passion;
they’re just working to make a living,
the kind who are satisfied as long as they get a paycheck.
Infighting among management sometimes affects innocent lower-level employees.
