Pros
Brother Fa strikes
Little Ge throws a punch

Verbal violence + physical violence + collective violence
A friendly workplace~ Anyone with a voice should probably just lie down ---> Orz~~~
Cons
Severe nepotism; victims suffer in silence, unable to voice their grievances. The company uses the livelihoods of disadvantaged families to pressure and deceive them into settling.
