Workplace reviews and discussion: 名豐電子股份有限公司

The work environment is good.

There is an MIS employee who abuses their authority by using computers to monitor other people's gossip everywhere, including LINE and the company's social media platforms, and then spreads it privately. It's very frightening. This has been going on for several years, and no one has dealt with it. The MIS employee also reminds people they are close to not talk about their personal matters online because they will see it. It's truly disgusting—there is absolutely no privacy. Be careful.
