It is actually quite upsetting to see the place where you work being criticized. Every company has a different culture, and the principle of survival of the fittest is already a basic reality. There will inevitably be unreasonable aspects, and it is only natural for employees who want to stay to adapt. I sincerely hope that employees can grow together with the company. Of course, the company also needs to provide corresponding support and assistance to help employees improve the quality of their work.
The company aims to increase its revenue and profits year after year. I hope it can also increase employees’ salaries and benefits every year; employees will be even more willing to work hard and contribute to the company!
