Joined in February 2025 and left at the end of June.

Reason for leaving: I was bullied in the workplace. Everyone I encountered was very gossipy.

Employees deliberately formed cliques.

The supervisor did not intervene,

and even allowed the person leading it to slack off and do no work.

Because that person only wanted to collect a salary without doing any work, with none of the sense of responsibility expected of a supervisor.

There was an established culture in my work environment:

whenever someone resigned,

the supervisor would complain about you behind your back to other employees and shift the blame onto you.
