Work experience: Overall, it was basically doing odd jobs.
The manager is an old man who, whenever there is a problem with the company’s own products, starts complaining about how terrible they are. He would even ask new employees whether they knew how to use them. My inner monologue was: If I knew how to use them, would I still need to come and learn from you?
Even more outrageous was that, on one typhoon day off, the manager called me early in the morning to ask whether I wanted to go to the company to learn things from him and, while I was there, practice driving a manual-transmission truck. (At that point, I thought again: It takes me 50 minutes to get there, so nearly an hour and a half round trip. There was no wind or rain in the morning, but there were violent winds and torrential rain in the afternoon. The day off had already been announced the day before, yet you told me that you only found out that morning that it was a typhoon day off. If you don’t care about your life, I still want to live a little longer.)
I strongly recommend that anyone considering working at this company think twice.
