No advantages whatsoever
1. This is the first time I’ve encountered a company requiring dispatched personnel to get from the airport to the plant on their own, while claiming that this is company policy.
2. The entire culture is filled with suspicion.
3. Family members are spread throughout the entire organization.
4. There is absolutely no efficiency, except when it comes to terminating dispatched employees’ contracts.
5. The company does not respect employees’ expertise, preferring to listen to family members.
6. There is absolutely no system in place; everything is governed by personal discretion.
