The technology is not mainstream
If you want to change jobs, you’ll need to self-study; you can’t rely on the technology here
Perfect-attendance bonus: 2,000
Quarterly bonus: anywhere from 0 to 200 is possible
Year-end bonus: “usually” 1–1.2–1.5 months’ salary (the perfect-attendance bonus is not included in the number of months)
There are a lot of incompetent old-timers here who have never seen the world
They make HR systems but spend all day thinking about doing illegal things
Only come if you’re sure you can endure it
