Senior colleagues in the warehouse department make sarcastic and cutting remarks. There is no mutual assistance within the department, nor are new employees guided by senior colleagues. After being hired, you may be asked to handle exports without anyone showing you how to do it. When you report a problem, they only pass it on to another supervisor.
Managers at the section level are outsiders who do not understand the warehouse or how it operates. Externally, they only try to please managers from other departments, while internally they take a high-handed attitude.
Think twice before coming to work in the warehouse.
