Pros

1) Didn't want to spend money hiring a moving company for the office relocation, so employees were told to move everything themselves, thereby training their physical fitness.

2) Employees can eat cookies and drink beverages in the break area, but meals are not allowed because the office is rented and they are very worried about making it dirty.

3) The CEO does not understand software development or the issue of data exchange between the front end and back end, thereby training employees to become self-reliant.

Cons

1) The AI manager cannot write Python and does not even understand it when reading it. When given a packaged program, all they can do is extract it; they cannot even perform a basic `pip install`, and employees have to waste time helping deploy it on the manager's local machine.

2) Overtime must first be approved by a manager, but when employees actually apply, the manager rejects it for various reasons (for example: “There is no specific schedule”). If there is a specific schedule, do we still need to work overtime? If you cannot afford to pay overtime, then don't run a company.

3) Employees must clock out by 18:30 at the latest every day; otherwise, they are fined 100 yuan or have 4 performance points deducted. If the work is not finished, that's your problem—clock out and then continue working. The purpose is simply to prevent employees from collecting evidence of overtime; put bluntly, they are afraid of being sued.

4) Employees are notified of their dismissal in the morning and told to leave by noon, without even being allowed to eat lunch. Two HR staff members take turns standing guard and watching employees pack up. It's unclear what they are rushing for; they treat employees like pests to be driven away.

5) I successfully sought compensation for unpaid overtime from the company through labor-management dispute mediation, so I urge employees to protect themselves. If you really worked overtime, be sure to collect evidence.
