Personal experience: I was a little hesitant at first after seeing the negative reviews, but things became pretty clear after just one online interview. The interview atmosphere was quite relaxed, and the manager directly laid out the salary structure and bonus system. I think it takes some courage to be this transparent and open about the salary structure XD
I really recommend that anyone interested in applying ask for themselves. The cost is very low, and there’s no harm in hearing it firsthand.
The interviewer spoke extremely quickly, but when I asked, they were still willing to explain it again, and spoke more slowly.
