Close to the MRT station. The company offers an all-you-can-eat flatbread program, with lots of delicious flatbreads.
Policies change from morning to evening, but this will be explained away as “rolling adjustments.” Rules, regulations, and bonus schemes keep changing, always in ways that benefit the company most, making it impossible to meet the targets and receive the bonuses. When the targets cannot be met, the company will even throw out, “You need to work harder~” Yet the targets are often deliberately set higher than average, while publicly telling everyone that they hope people will bravely take on challenges.
Job rotation is actually just a matter of recruiting you into the company first, then discussing with you which other position you might be better suited for, before transferring you to a terrible position.
As for raises, the boss will say that you can discuss them with him. You speak seriously, and he listens seriously—but don’t worry, you will not be given any opportunity for a raise. Instead, your work performance will be criticized.
