The interviewer was friendly and talkative, and the job description was clear.
The department does not seem to have an overtime culture (the interviewer probably also works from nine to six, seven at the latest).
Before even being hired, I was required to fill out the company’s standard résumé form, which covered salary, reasons for leaving previous jobs, the names of supervisors at companies I had worked for, and reference checks. This was overly invasive of my privacy.
The HR representative had not reviewed my résumé beforehand, asked questions that were not very professional, and frequently interrupted me while I was speaking.
The salary and benefits were explained very vaguely.
