(Everyone takes turns, limited to half a day at a time, since they still have their own work to handle.)

1. As the senior colleagues mentioned, the turnover rate is quite high. Most employees are newcomers, and relatively few stay for 3–5 years.

2. Since most employees are newcomers, many benefits and similar matters were somewhat unclear during the interview. The interviewer said there would be a salary adjustment, but whether that will actually happen is unknown.

3. Because of the high turnover rate, there are gaps in the work, with no one to train you or hand things over. Having to clean up after predecessors or deal with problems caused by other reasons is a real possibility. However, I think this varies from person to person and can be considered both an advantage and a disadvantage: if you handle things well, it becomes an opportunity to build your own experience.

4. The factory’s working environment is really somewhat... poor, but the company is already planning to reorganize and improve it.

Summary: The main disadvantages of this company are its fairly high turnover rate, unclear benefits, and relatively high uncertainty. Other than that, I genuinely think it is fine.
