There are only cons.
I previously worked in the logistics department. The old hands there only bullied newcomers. Every year, they relied on newcomers receiving poor performance reviews in their second year and resigning on their own. The old hands did not write code at all; they only claimed to be SAs, and their know-how was completely inadequate. As soon as you hear that it involves cold-chain logistics, basically don't bother going to the interview—it's a garbage department. In a department of 10 people, the output of eight people depended on two new hires. If you have nothing to do, whatever you do, don't ruin your own life. Best wishes to everyone who wants to make the most of their abilities and strengths.
