As a former employee who stayed here for many years before resigning, I’m relieved to see that my former employer is still so active. Although, unsurprisingly, there isn’t much positive to say, I truly... strongly agree with this content.
To be honest, this place is more like a private training institution. You can think of it as taking in large numbers of inexperienced people fresh out of school. After gaining experience, the capable ones all leave, and those who remain... well, that’s just how it is.
The salary isn’t the lowest, but it’s not particularly good either. To retain capable people, either the environment has to be comfortable or the pay has to be high enough. This place has neither, so people naturally leave one by one. Those who stay either have become stuck in a rut or have no real dreams in life, simply getting through each day.
The biggest problem is still that person everyone knows about. To this day, I still can’t understand how the investors can repeatedly be swayed by his sales talk. A company that can operate for ten years without making money is truly a miracle of this century.
From an emotional perspective, he has no ability whatsoever to motivate or comfort employees. His condescending attitude would make you think you were working at one of the world’s top fifty companies; the salary hasn’t arrived, but the experience comes first.
From a rational perspective, regarding his capabilities, I think you can get a rough idea from the company’s operating situation. No amount of marketing content can really represent anything. A company making money is the real truth—otherwise, what do you use to support your employees?
From another perspective, this place is also quite benevolent. It spends so much money training newcomers and giving them a stage. Although there are no teachers or lessons, and everything depends on your own efforts, gold shines wherever it is. If you are at the end of your rope and happen to get an opportunity to join, you might as well give it a try. Given the current chaos in the workplace, this place won’t be the best, but it won’t be the worst either. At least you can survive here... and find a better job.
