If you want to challenge a slavish work environment and find out the limits of your own body, this place is extremely suitable!!!
Basically, you don't need to worry about your salary; there will be issues with getting a raise.
The company seems to think that because salaries are paid on time, employees should be grateful and indebted. (But isn't that the most basic responsibility of a company?)
To be fair:
The boss has very little understanding of the products and market conditions,
so this often causes all kinds of strategies to go wrong when the company puts them into practice.
Actually, making mistakes isn't a big deal, but the boss usually won't admit them, and then they are brushed aside hastily.
People who leave and arrive on time are singled out, and their work performance is scrutinized especially closely.
While you are at work, someone is constantly monitoring your every move through the surveillance cameras.
The number of annual leave hours is calculated incorrectly.
Capable employees are overworked. The company considers this something you are duty-bound to do, which has resulted in a work atmosphere where everyone just does their own thing, focuses on finishing the work at hand, and keeps quiet.
If you don't have the ability, don't expand the company's operations. If it really isn't working, just close up shop.
Even if you work hard and stay busy all year, there will be no year-end bonus.
The company only has to say that it didn't make any money.
