The only advantage is also a disadvantage: put positively, there is freedom; to put it more bluntly, there is absolutely no system or structure.
1. Since December last year, salaries have repeatedly been paid late or in installments. Anyone considering working here should think twice.
2. The boss loves creating group chats. The company has 20–30 groups—there are tons of groups on LINE, and tons more on QQ.
3. The boss likes to paint grand visions in the group chats.
4. The company has no plans whatsoever; the boss does whatever they want.
5. There are many people in the company who like to push their work onto others, and most of them are people close to the boss.
6. This year, the company also added someone who manages and meddles in everything every day and only spouts empty talk—some kind of “director.”
7. The company has countless problems; there are too many to list. If you are considering joining and do not want to be driven crazy, think twice.
