The only advantage is that the colleagues are nice.
Even 5,000 words would not be enough to explain how terrible this company is.
I. Management and personnel issues
The boss and the boss’s wife frequently argue at the company, and their emotions affect the employees. You basically start to wonder whether both of them have mental health issues.
They argue about getting divorced almost every day, and even ask employees, “Who do you think is more in the right?” This puts people in the middle and creates enormous pressure.
The workload is already impossible to finish, yet employees also have to help deal with their relationship disputes, leaving people mentally exhausted.
Although the boss and his wife often argue on the surface, when something actually goes wrong, they join forces and “play off each other” to blame the employees.
They often speak ill of former employees in the office and repeatedly emphasize how pitiful they are, repeating themselves so often that people can practically memorize it.
II. Chaotic pay and policies
Salaries are often paid late, sometimes by more than a week; payment is only made after employees repeatedly follow up.
Monthly salaries are low, and there is no overtime pay.
During the interview, they promised bonuses for the three major holidays, but in reality, employees only received gift boxes.
III. Workload and overtime culture
The boss keeps assigning work without considering how many projects employees already have on hand.
The volume of work is enormous. Even frequent overtime is not enough to finish it, so employees can only continue working on weekends.
Client revision requests are endless, and the company agrees to them without limits, making overtime the norm.
IV. Outdated work environment and equipment
The company’s equipment is old. When producing large posters, the computers often crash.
Even basic operations such as moving an image require waiting several minutes. When urgent work comes in, it is practically impossible to work smoothly.
Old files are stored on machines that are nearly obsolete. Just booting them up takes more than ten minutes, and opening files takes even longer.
