Personally, after being here for over a year and a half, I feel that the personnel changes have addressed what seemed to be the previous issues. The HR team in the Administration Department is very kind and genuinely cares about colleagues’ work and feelings. Before joining, I was honestly a little hesitant, but now I haven’t seen the problems I had worried about online regarding the overall office environment or workplace culture. To be fair, although there is certainly room for further improvement, it really is a good place. Colleagues also get along well and care about one another. I hope I can continue to contribute through my work.

The fourth-floor office area has been newly renovated and is beautiful and comfortable. I heard that the third and fifth floors were not renovated when they were originally moved into. I hope there will be an opportunity to tidy up the fifth floor’s exterior and interior in the future. The public areas feel as though they are maintained by only a few people, with a slight lack of empathy and awareness of cleanliness. It would be even better if everyone took better care of the environment.
