台灣亞瑟士股份有限公司
Pros

None

Really none

Cons

1. Company managers criticize female employees’ figures, ages, and appearances, to the point of verbal bullying. Their guidance on employee development is very vague, with no concrete actions or suggestions.

2. There are many eyes watching you. If they catch you making a mistake, they will report it directly to the GM. Congratulations—you’ve been blacklisted. Every problem here will be pinned on the newcomer.

3. There are many two-faced people, and the divisions within the company are severe. Every day feels like a spy-versus-spy drama. Departmental morale is poor, and cohesion is practically zero.

4. There are many long-time employees who have been around forever, and the GM often listens to their “advice,” making me realize that this is apparently how things were done in ancient times.

5. There is no personal space after work, and your personal clothing and grooming cannot be too conspicuous.

Putting on lipstick in the restroom after work? No! Dressing too nicely? NO! Wearing makeup? No!

Being overly polished will get people talking. I used to think that wearing makeup was standard at a Japanese company; later, I thought it was a way of showing respect for the job. In the end, you just become a topic of conversation for others.

Conclusion:

A terrifying place. The only seemingly decent benefit is the employee purchase program.

Other than that, there may be team-building activities, year-end parties, and the like.

Good luck to you if you’re reading this 🍀
